How do I link my Minecraft account?

Go to your profile page on the website and click "Link Minecraft Account". You'll receive a code to run in-game with /link <code>.

How do I purchase a rank?

Visit the Store page and browse available ranks. You can purchase with real money via Stripe or with in-game coins.

My rank is not showing in-game after purchase.

Ranks are applied automatically within a few minutes. If it's been over 10 minutes, please open a support ticket.

How do I appeal a ban?

Submit a support ticket with the category "Appeal" and include your Minecraft username, the reason for the ban, and why you believe it should be removed.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for items not yet used. Submit a refund request from your Order History page.

What are the server rules?

You can view all server rules on our Rules page. Key rules include no hacking, no griefing, and treating all players with respect.
