  • How do I link my Minecraft account?
    Go to your profile page on the website and click "Link Minecraft Account". You'll receive a code to run in-game with /link <code>.

  • How do I purchase a rank?
    Visit the Store page and browse available ranks. You can purchase with real money via Stripe or with in-game coins.
  • My rank is not showing in-game after purchase.
    Ranks are applied automatically within a few minutes. If it's been over 10 minutes, please open a support ticket.
  • Can I get a refund?
    All purchases are digital items delivered to your account instantly, so all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued where required by law or granted at our discretion (for example, an item that failed to deliver). You can submit a request from your Order History page and we'll review it within 48 hours.

  • How do I appeal a ban?
    Submit a support ticket with the category "Appeal" and include your Minecraft username, the reason for the ban, and why you believe it should be removed.

  • What are the server rules?
    You can read the full server rules at https://pharogames.net/rules (or use /rules in-game). Key rules: play fair (no cheating or banned mods), no hate speech or harassment, treat everyone with respect, and no scamming or real-money trading. Punishments are at staff discretion and escalate with severity; some offences are an immediate permanent ban.
