Pillars of Fortune

Everyone starts alone on a bedrock pillar, 64 blocks up, with nothing. Every few seconds the game hands you a random item. It might be a diamond sword. It is more likely to be a carpet, a log or a pressure plate, and the players who win are the ones who work out what to do with those. Build across, knock someone off, or drop to the floor and fight from there. Falling off your pillar is survivable. The landing usually is not. Last one alive wins, and if the clock runs out first the lava starts rising.
